How precious is this vintage looking Jumper? I love to use mixed media, and adding this little bit of lace or ric rac that is easily found at any craft store, makes this jumper so sweet!

A bit of satin ribbon is added at the waist band if you want to cinch in the waist a bit…or use a crocheted string. Of course you don’t have to add a tie at the waist.

I used a cluster stitch, that is easy and quick to do! My testers love this design and they love working with this cluster stitch!
