Lil’ Stinker is a playful accessory meant to reflect the simple pleasures of playing outdoors, exploring nature and staying cozy… but it also reminds us that a little bit of mischief is essential to every kid’s childhood too!

As a mom, I know it can be challenging to dress our little ones appropriately for the cold weather without overloading them - especially when going in and out frequently during the busy holiday season, so I was inspired to design a playful, snuggly cowl that would offer plenty of warmth and appeal to children while cutting out as much bulk as possible. After making one for my own daughter, it was apparent that this whimsical cowl hit the mark - not only was it adored and asked for, but also used as a sort of lovey companion when running errands or on long trips in the car.

Lil’ Stinker offers a simple, but engaging stitch pattern and design that makes knitting it both
quick and quite fun! The front arms of the skunk form a loop to create the key-hole style closure that makes this cowl easy to put on and take off without added bulk or excessive length.
