A large and lacy doily to cuddle up with or display in your home. Crocheted in your choice of worsted weight yarn (brand specifics listed below), this blanket can be made in a few hours! Notes included at the end of the pattern to make additional sizes.

Measures ~44″ in diameter. Gauge is unimportant with this sort of lace, but the looser the better.

Test yarns used
3 skeins Loops & Threads ‘Impeccable’
3 skeins Red Heart Soft (omitting picot edge or using J hook and pattern as-is)

Medium doily (~25″ diameter): 1 skein Araucania ‘Itata Multi’ & 3.75mm (US F) hook
Small doily (~19″ diameter): 1 ball of Aunt Lydia’s Cotton thread & 1.75mm hook

U.S. crochet terminology used. Stitches needed: chain, single crochet, double crochet, slip-stitch. Special stitch patterns are described and listed in the file.

Note: unlike my other patterns, this file is printer-friendly with only 1 photo included. Please reference this page or the pattern page on my blog, if you need to see any additional photos. Thank you!
