This dress has a matching hat. There is also a KAL for this dress here.

The dress is done in a pattern stitch that is an interesting combination of brioche knitting, double knitting and cabling. Brioche elements give this garment additional elasticity and an interesting texture.

It is done bottom up in the round. Special design is used to decrease around the neck.

This is advanced pattern and only should be done after the knitter is already familiar with seamless brioche in the round. Otherwise it will be too time-consuming. For more experienced knitters it might be an interesting choice.

Gauge: 21sts x 26rows per 4”(10cm). If you have some other gauge, you can easily adapt the pattern, it is multiple of 4sts.

You should choose bounce-back material such as wool or acrylic for this project.
