The Lindsay Poncho is a colorful, but simple poncho for kids in sizes 2-10! Choose 4 colors that you like together for this project. It begins with ribbed collar, and then the body is worked in half double crochet stitch. Finish with a decorative button band and button.

Difficulty Level: Easy

Available Sizes: Children’s 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10.

Finished Measurements: Collar circumference 17, 18, 19, 20 ¼, 21 inches; height from shoulder to bottom point 12 ¾, 14 ½, 15 ½, 18 ¼, 20 ¼ inches.

Yarn: Cascade Yarns Cherub Aran (55% Nylon, 45% Acrylic; 240 yds; 100 g; yarn weight category: 4/worsted/medium): 1, 1, 1, 1, 2] skeins #10 Lemon, 1 skein #01 White, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2 skeins #70 Dream Blue, 1 skein #33 Peacock.

Crochet Hook: H (5 mm), or size needed to obtain gauge.

Notions: One 1 inch diameter button, thread and sewing needle, tapestry needle.

Gauge: 17 sts x 14 rows = About 4 1/2 inches in hdc. This fabric changes significantly after machine washing and drying. It will be very important for you to block your swatch before checking gauge.
