This linen and silk scarf is breezy and light, perfect for a cool summer night. Worked with a larger than normal hook, you create stitches that will block out to a lacy chevron pattern.

I would consider this an intermediate pattern, due to the tension issues of using a larger hook. Also, it can be challenging to see the ch1 spaces that are worked in the Linen yarn. That said, the pattern is just a two-row repeat, and would be easy if worked in a regular fingering yarn.

I strongly suggest using the monochromatic color scheme, because you can carry the yarn up the side of the scarf invisibly. If you use contrasting colors, you may have to cut the yarn and weave in ends, or edge your scarf with sc to hide the carry.
