The striking pattern is worked across the entire fabric by slipping stitches alternately between knitted and purled stitches. Bright contrasting colours may look too busy, so I’ve toned down the look by choosing three colours that are close to each other on the colour wheel, two blues and a chartreuse yellow.

BC Garn Semilla Grosso (100% organic wool), 80m/87yds per 50g ball, in the following shades:
Yarn A: Gorgeous Turquoise (OA111); 2 balls
Yarn B: Duck Egg (OA120); 1 ball
Yarn C: Chartreuse (OA107); 1 ball

Needles and Accessories
Pair of 5.5mm (US 9/UK 5) needles or size needed to achieve correct tension
Pair of 6.5mm (US 10.5/UK 3) needles or a similar large size, for casting off only
