How I made it:
For the bottom use crochet-hook nr 3. When the bottom is big enough pick up st (with the same yarn, without cutting) and continue to knit in the round.
“By the way” make wave-pattern by crochet around with the same yarn (without cut it). Between the waves knit some rows with seed-stitch and finish with an I-cord.

Knit a rope (i-cord) and make knots, both on the inside and the outside to fix the handles!
