Inspired by an evergreen wreath, Little Bough features its own lovely wreath of pine boughs wrapping around the shoulders. Little Bough is knit seamlessly from the top down in the round. Short rows for shaping the neckline are worked underneath the colorwork.

NEEDLES
One 40-inch (100 cm) US size 6 (4 mm) (or size needed to obtain gauge), and one 32-inch (80 cm) US size 4 (3.5 mm) (or two whole sizes smaller than gauge needle) circular knitting needles.

Note: You may want to knit the colorwork portion of the yoke on a needle one size larger than your gauge / main working needle.

NOTIONS
One stitch marker, waste yarn, and a tapestry needle.

GAUGE
18.5 stitches and 27 RNDs = 4 inches / 10 cm in stockinette on US size 6 (4 mm) needles.

Note: This gauge is a normal worsted weight yarn gauge. Typically, I use US size 7 needles with worsted weight yarn so you may need to use US size 7 needles if you use a different worsted weight yarn.
