These dolls are inspired by Laura and Mary Ingalls from the Little House on the Prairie books.

This pattern makes an adorable dollhouse or pocket doll dressed in a long dress with an apron. Make two and you could have Laura and Mary Ingalls, or create your own clothes to make a doll with its own unique style. This doll is knit in the round and stuffed as you go so once you close up the last stitches there is no seaming or stuffing to be done. Only the arms are knit separately and attached. This is a relatively quick knit with loads of old-fashioned charm! Finished doll is approximately 5 inches (12.5 cm) tall.

Pattern includes all instructions for knitting the doll and clothes, as well as embroidering the face and attaching hair.
