Little Hearts is a fun Dolman-style sweater worked from the bottom up and in the round. It’s inspired by the Hampden neighbourhood, a fun, funky, colourful place, located in northern Baltimore City. I was inspired to think creatively about how a more urban environment could translate into beautiful knitwear. The deep gray of Midknit Cravings Wrought Iron is the perfect background for the bright dots of the “Hampden Houses” to shine through. I would wear this sweater with skinny jeans and boots for stomping the pavement or at home with my comfiest leggings and slippers to cozy up with a cup of tea.
