I made this hat at the start of the summer for my little hat loving Lucy (she’s 19 months old right now) and she loves it! We get compliments, comments and even strangers asking to take pictures so so-and-so can make it for their own kids! I’ve made a few dozen of them for friends and family…my own two daughters have at least 3 each! It’s a VERY basic hat with two different brim options and you can easily add any flower or do-dad you’d like. My favorite is the six petal flower by Erin Burger, but I mod it to have 5 petals rather than the six, I personally think it works out a bit better for my needs (although you will see the original 6 petals on one of her hats).

Feel free to use the pattern at your discretion, but please don’t pass it off as your own. ;) I have been getting a ton of emails lately wanting to sell the hats but I haven’t had time to answer them all in a timely manner. If I have missed you I apologize, this is life with kids.
