Little Lira is a beautiful medium weight cardigan for girls. This garment is easy to dress your little girl up or down and is a perfect wardrobe piece for many occasions. The Little Lira features intricate cable and twisted ribbing. Pattern calls for DK weight yarn. It is worked from top down, back and forth in a completely seamless, raglan way. Simple construction makes it easy to customize.

Yarn: 3 (3, 4, 5) 6, 6, 7 skeins Merino Extra Fine by DROPS 100% Merino 105 meters/ 50 grams 115 yards /1.76 ounces or 250 (330, 420, 490) 600, 660, 750 yards/ 230 (300, 380, 450) 550, 600, 680 meters other DK weight yarn that knits up to the gauge; choose Solid or semi-solid color to highlight the pattern.

Needles and other notions:
US 4 (3,5 mm) circular needles (optional DPNs for cable collar),
US 2½(3 mm) circular or DPNs for ribbing, cable needle, stitch markers, waste yarn, optional crochet hook for provisional cast on

Gauge:
20 Stitches and 28 rows per 4”/ 10 cm after blocking with US 4 (3,5 mm) needles. Adjust needle size as necessary.
