You can knit a little minnow either using 4ply wool and 2.5mm needles, or doubleknit and 3.75mm needles. This pattern is worked flat on two needles.

The pattern contains instructions for THREE different types of minnow. The Beaded Minnow explains how to incorporate beads into your knitting. Then there are two different Bobble Minnows, with separate instructions for a Single-colour or Two-colour fish. The top and bottom fins are also optional.

With all these choices, I don’t think there will be any minnows that turn out the same.
