Little Red Cap Mittens are worked in the round and made in
the stranded, Norwegian style. Little Red Cap, the wolf, and the phrases “My! What big hands you have,” and “The better to hold you, my dear!” are worked by following charts. Little details--like eyes--can be added afterwards by placing small stitches in the finished work.

The pattern, though carefully knitted and charted several times, may have some tiny errors in it. I’ve gotten loads of emails asking for the pattern to be released, so rather than continue to hold on to it, I’ve decided to release it as is and charge only one dollar. Please let me know if you come across any of these small (and I mean very small) mistakes.

Thanks so much, and I can’t wait to see your mittens!

Happy knitting and best, Beth
