This is a little baby dress with an intarsia heart knitted onto the front. I was desperate for a project while in Ireland last month and visited the fabulous Aimee Rose Yarn store where I saw this yarn and it’s array of amazing colors.

For a Newborn, 3 skeins of Stylecraft DK in 3 different colors makes both the cardigan and the dress - see photo at side.

I did notice that it’s a lightweight DK, and a sport weight works just as well for this sweater.
