Red lobsters are a fairly common sight after they take a dip in a boiling pot of water. But there are other color options as well! The most common coloring is dark turquoise or brown, but one in 2 million lobsters are blue, one in 30 million are yellow, and one in 100 million are albino. One in 50 million lobsters are split evenly down the middle—orange on one side, blue on the other.
