This cardigan is knit from the top down and features set-in sleeves that are knit simultaneously, without short rows, with the upper body. Model in photos is wearing size XL.

The upper back section is adorned with a lovely lace pattern that reminds me of lollipops, hence its name. The lace pattern can be knit with or without the beads. The cardigan’s fronts are increased and start overlapping just around the bust area.
Instructions are given for short and ¾-length sleeves.
