I call this pattern “Lollipop Hat”. It is for age 4 to 6 years old. This hat is specially designed to have the ripples on top. This is an adorable hat and easy to make. It is an advanced beginner because of the decreases. You just need to know the basic stitches. It only use 1 skein of yarn.
This is great for the upcoming cool weather or for a cool evening or morning. Makes a cute gift. You can resale the hat, but the pattern can’t be resold.
