Simple increases and decreases make this scarf fun and easy, and just a little bit different. Knit on the bias so all the stitches slant, it’s great for all skill levels. Using self-striping yarn will accentuate the slant of the stitches, though the scarf would look great in a solid color as well.

Materials

Knitting Loom: Small gauge double sided knitting board with at least 84 pegs. The 28” Authentic Knitting Board set at standard (1/2”) setting was used in sample. (Instructions included on how to make this on a shorter board)

Yarn: 225 yards of chunky weight yarn. Lion Brand Tweed Stripes (Prism) was used in the sample.

Notions: Tapestry Needle, Knitting tool, Crochet hook, Scrap yarn
