This fun long holiday hat has a cuff and pom pom created with the loop stitch (photos are included on how to make the loop stitch).

Pattern is written for Tween (18” head circumference, 25” length), with the instructions for Adult size(20” head circumference, 27” length) in brackets using Red Heart Super Saver Yarn and the size 5.50mm hook (gauge = 6 single crochet by 6 rows = 2 inches square). 1 skein of #319/Cherry Red and 1 skein of #300/White was enough to make both hats shown.

Follow the same pattern instructions for Toddler (14” head circumference, 17” length) with Child (16” head circumference, 19” length) in brackets using Red Heart Anne Geddes sport weight yarn and hook size 4.50mm (gauge = 8 single crochet by 9 rows = 2 inches square). 1 skein of #591/Posy and #702/Rosie made me both hats shown in the photos.
