Lórinand is said to be a Nandorin name, meaning “valley of gold”

I get my inspiration from nature and of course from Tokien. The yarn in my sample was a delicious golden yellow color that screamed “Lorinand”. In keeping with my love of cables and all things Tolkien: Lorinand was born.

These mitts come in one size only (adult) although needle size can be altered to create a more custom fit.
The pattern includes both written and chart instructions. Because the charts move around the mitt I found that magic loop worked best.

  • Fingering weight yarn (100g)
  • US size 2 Needles (2.75mm)
