Los Angeles is a three color wrap with an evolving lace pattern that gets more complicated as you progress through the wrap. There are both written and charted instructions. It is named after the song by the Counting Crows, which is one of my favorites, and reminds me of my sister. It is also inspired by the history of Los Angeles as a city, growing from a simple town into a mecca for Hollywood entertainers, and by the Art Deco trend of the 20s and 30s. It’s loose gauge makes it flowy and airy, but will still keep your shoulders warm at those late night galas.

I have implemented a Pay What Works model for all of my patterns. The full price reflects how much work goes into each of my patterns. All of my patterns are tech edited and test knit. I know not everyone can afford to pay full price, so I have created 3 coupon codes to help:

KnitLL15 - 15% off KnitLL30 - 30% off KnitLL50 - 50% off

I hope that those of you who can afford to pay full price will, but if you can’t please use the code that works best for you. If you are interested in sponsoring patterns for other knitters, please send me a message!

I used three colors of yarn from Loved Ones yarn. The colors I used were:
Love on the Rocks
Foolish Heart
True

While gauge is not crucial, I did use about 80% of each colors 1 and 2, and about 90% of color 3.
