DESCRIPTION:
The Love Note Tank is an airy and comfortable cotton tank that brings an element of sex appeal with comfort. Wear it with a camisole underneath or show a little skin by going without! ;) It is perfect for summer but easily can be transitioned to fall by pairing it with your favorite fall cardigan or light jacket. This top is a love note to summer that says you will miss it but it will not be forgotten. With a simple scalloped bottom edging, a beautiful lozenge patterned front, and simple open laced airy sides, you are going to want to wear this tank every day in the summer and well into the fall season. J
 
Note: This pattern is worked in the round on circular needles. The straps are worked individually and then seamed together using the three needle bind off. A picture tutorial is provided for the Three Needle Bind Off.

This pattern is written for sizes S (M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL). Size XL is pictured.

SIZES:
S-3XL (32”-54” Bust) About 4” of negative ease. Cotton stretches over time which was taken into account with this design. Also the lacy pattern on the sides provides even more stretch.

DIFFICULTY LEVEL:
Intermediate or for the Adventurous Beginner
You will need to know how to: cast on, knit stitch, purl stitch, increase stitches, yarn over, knit two stiches together, slip stitches knitwise and purlwise, understand the use of markers, work in the round, work flat, bind off, three needle bind off (directions are provided in the pattern).

MATERIALS NEEDED:
Size 8 circular needles (29”) or size needed to obtain the gauge
Worsted Weight Cotton Yarn 360 yds-720 yds (I used Hobby Lobby’s I Love This Cotton in white)
4 Markers
