This gender neutral baby blanket was designed to be knitted by anyone that has the ability to create a knit stitch, a purl stitch and some very simple cables. Since it’s knitted with worsted weight yarn, it’s a light and airy baby blanket that is perfect for spring or summer; cuddly soft and light weight. This is also a relatively large baby blanket so it can grow with the little one into the toddler years. Once finished, this baby blanket is not only soft and fluffy, but it was designed to be knitted with 100% acrylic yarn, which is completely machine washable and machine dry-able.

• numbered line by line instruction accompanied by abbreviations and a brief summery of how to complete the stitch

• added tips to make creating the blanket as simple as possible (i.e. instruction for using stitch markers and placements)
