Beautiful cables wind their way up each side of the zipper in the front, while many more make their way up the back. Cable details find their way around the sleeve cuffs to complete the look.

Fitted, but with a touch of positive ease to make it comfortable and easy to wear. Sweater is worked flat from the bottom up, split at the underarms, when the fronts, and back are then worked separately. Set in sleeves are worked by picking up stitches around armholes and then worked down, with sleeve cap shaped using short rows. Almost all trim is worked into sweater, so once you bind off you only need to work attached I-cord around neckline, sew in zipper, and you’re finished!

A complete photographic step-by-step guide is given for inserting the zipper, don’t let that part intimidate you. It’s a snap!
