The designer selected an overall pattern of lace and cables, added a crocheted picot edging, and worked it all together in a textured cotton-blend yarn to create this elegant sweater and skirt that can be worn together or separately, to casual or formal occasions- depending on how they are accessorized.

Finished Size: 37¼ (39½, 41½)“ (94.5 (100.5, 105.5) cm) bust/chest circumference. Pullover shown measures 37¼” (94.5 cm).

Yarn: Berroco Sprite (35% cotton, 35% rayon, 30% nylon; 98 yd [90 m]/50 g): #7802 white. 7 (8, 9) skeins.

Yarn weight: #4 - Medium

Gauge:

  • 15 sts and 21 rows = 4” (10 cm) in lace patt on larger needles.
  • 20 sts and 28 rows = 4” (10 cm) in St st on smaller needles.

Needles: Pullover- Size 10 (6 mm). Adjust needle sizes if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
