This sleek, close-fitting top is a transition piece that may be worn in the early days of fall when the weather is still warm, but the craving for those lovely seasonal colors is nonetheless palpable. The knitted roses may be arranged in any configuration, according to the taste of the individual.

Unfortunately the Haiku yarn has been discontinued, however they do still have some in stock if you want to call and inquire about colors (as of 4/1/2008). Good substitutes would be Lichen, Bhutan (which would be quite a bit warmer but give a similar texture), or Fleur (which has a feathery appearance, hence a somewhat different texture). Another option would be using two strands of Jomayu held together. All of these yarns are by Artfibers.
