After watching the movie “Narnia” I fell in love with some of the lovely hand knit sweaters worn by the siblings - and I fell in love with Lucy!

This vest is inspired by classic Fair Isle knitting and named after adorable Lucy fro the “Narnia” tales.

The vest is knitted in the round bottom up. It is steeked - that means that you knit in the round and at the same time shape armholes and neck opening. When all knitting is finished you sew and cut open the steeks. I know it sounds scary - but you should try it! It´s much faster than to knit the front and the back separately and it feels like magic to cut open the steeks and look at your fully fashioned vest!
