Lulu, Rosemary & Shelly is a lightweight poncho, constructed with minimal seaming & shaping. Details include contrast hem & collar facings, integrated I-cord edge, & a geometric design featuring mini cables & lace. Front & back are worked separately, then joined at the shoulders with a 3-needle bind off. Stitches are picked up around the neck in order to work the collar. Leave the sides open, or secure them with optional buttons or i-cord ties – instructions are included for both.
The pattern name is given in recognition of the three ewe lambs from Longmeadow Farm who provided the fleece for the beautiful lambswool & silk yarn that this garment is worked in.
