As summer days turn to fall, the cozy Lumi Capelet will keep you warm during chilly mornings. Ruched stripes alternate with a simple but elegant lace design in this easy to knit accessory.

This pattern is worked in the round from the bottom up. A garter stitch border is followed by stripes that alternate between a ruched stripe and two simple lace stripes. To make the collar, stitches are decreased and a garter stitch collar is worked back and forth.

Pattern is sized using bust measurements but for the most accurate fit, use the circumference measurements and measure around the chest and around the outside of the recipient’s arms when they are resting at the sides and choose a size that gives 0-4”/0-10cm of positive ease. Model is shown with 0” of ease.

Sizes XS, (S, M, L, XL) to fit a 30, (34, 38, 42, 46)”/76, (86, 97, 107, 117)cm bust. Approximately 38, (44, 50, 54, 60)”/96, (112, 127, 137, 152)cm in circumference and 14, (14, 14, 16, 16)”/36, (36, 36, 41, 41)cm long from center back collar to hem.
