Lumpy little lumps of love made from your leftover yarn. Their mutual attraction is assured by the mighty magnets in their nuzzling noses.

Materials:
Small amounts of worsted (medium weight, 10 ply, 9 wpi) yarn, leftover from other projects
US size 6 (4.5mm) double-pointed needles
2 pairs 1/2” (12mm) safety eyes with plastic backs
1 pair 3/8” (9.5mm) diameter neodymium rare earth magnets Fiber Fill
Yarn Needle

Note: Although this pattern is written for worsted weight yarns, it can be easily adjusted for use with any yarn you’re anxious to liberate from your scrap stash, no matter the weight. Simply use needles 2 sizes smaller than recommended for the yarn in question so that your toy knits at a gauge tight enough to prevent any fiber fill from showing through. Finer yarns will result in a smaller love lump while heavier weights will yield a larger toy. The magnets called for here will work just fine for the smaller lumps, but you may need to use stronger magnets to ensure attraction when making larger lumps.
