The unicorn is the national animal for Scotland. I’m Scottish so I guess that a unicorn scarf was a logical pattern for me to create.

This is knitted in soft acrylic - white can get dirty so quickly - so easy to wash (I recommend hand wash).

Tension/gauge isn’t overly important, and the finished product is 140cm long. Worked in double knitting to create two layers. It is important to follow the pattern in the order written as you will ‘construct’ as you go along.

Materials required:

40m 8ply in silver grey glitter mix
25 - 30m 8ply in rainbow sparkle mix
4m 4ply/embroidery thread in black for features

3.25mm dpns
Fine crochet hook
Small amount of stuffing for the horn
