Description in book:
I love to collect vintage jewlery, especially pins, from the 1930s and 1940s. I go to flea markets all the time and sometimes find great pieces. After buying this beautiful brooch, i had the idea of making a very simple shaped clutch in a rib stitch-like someing out of a Greta Garbo movie. Together with gold yarn, the brooche’s sparkle makes this purse shine. After the wedding is over, you can use it for any special evening event.

this is made by knitting the outside cover, which is one piece that folds over and the inside cover, which is has a zipper in the middle. then, you put it all together with some interfacing in the midddle. in addition to your yarn and needles, you will need:
sewing needle and thread in complimentary color
sewing pins
invisible zipper
sewing interfacing 10.5 in x 12 in
piece of linen in complimentary color 11.5 in x 13 in
vintage sparkly brooch

with the yarn, you will need 2 skeins of the cotton and 1 skein of the lurex.

The pattern is written out, as well as a basic construction diagram to help those with different learning abilities.
