Truly, there is nothing cozier than the warm embrace of a big, fluffy, oversized, sweater, any time of year. With fields of plain stockinette trimmed with simple twists, Lykke represents a just-right combination of Scandinavian simplicity and understated detail. Tunic length and with generous proportions, Lykke is certainly built for comfort. Its snowy fluffiness is shaped at the lower edge using a series of easy jumbo cables. The same thick swirls are featured across a bateau neck that spans the modified drop shoulders. Slim sleeves are knitted on using an easy-peasy perpendicular join eliminating bulk under the arms. Curl up and cast on!

Note The body of this pullover is worked in the round from the lower edge to the underarm, then the upper front and back are worked separately back and forth. Stitches for the sleeves are picked up around the armholes and the sleeves are joined to the underarms with a perpendicular join. The sleeves are then worked in the round to the cuff.
