large approx. 22.5-23.5 inch head circumference

Pattern notes: Pictured in a size large {short} on a 23.25 inch head circumference as well as on a 22 inch head circumference. The size large {short} fits in-between a small and medium {tall} in height on the 22 inch head. There is quite a bit of stretch to each size. This will accommodate several head circumferences. You can play around with needle size to obtain in- between sizing if wanted or needed as well as adjusting the height to what works best for you. The hat pictured has a 3 inch folded cuff. You can easily omit some of the length if you prefer a shorter cuff or add some length and do a double folded cuff for extra warmth.
