Notes

This is a simple 3x1 mock (faux) rib stitch throw made on the Silver Reed LK-150 knitting machine. (although any machine could be used if you increase/decrease the number of stitches & rows to obtain the finished size).

The pattern assumes you have basic knowledge of machine knitting such as how to cast on and off, use a cast-on comb, use and distribute weights, and how to use a transfer tool to create hand-manipulated lace.

This throw takes about 13-15 hours of knitting to accomplish. Each panel takes about 2 hours. The joining panels each take about 3 hours, and the bag takes another hour.

Some people are having trouble finding the “Strawberry Fields” pattern used for the lace. I found it here: http://www.ravelry.com/projects/HookMeUp/strawberry-field
