A warm and cozy blanket that is super quick and fun to knit, with impressive results!

Knit with a super bulky weight yarn on large needles, it’s a quick gift for yourself or someone special!

Finished measurements are 35” wide x 42” long.

Pattern includes written instructions for knitting this warm and wonderful cabled and textured blanket, with vertical panels of cables and double moss stitch.

Materials: 5 skeins of Berroco Macro yarn (Macro is a super bulky blend of wool, acrylic and alpaca, with 250 grams/112 yards per skein) and size 17 circular needles, 40” length.
You may substitute any equivalent amount of super bulky yarn.

Recommended Gauge is 7 sts/10 rows = 4”, in double moss stitch.
Change needle size as necessary, to achieve correct gauge and/or a fabric that you like. Since this is a blanket, exact gauge is not critical. It will, however, affect the finished size and amount of yarn used.

Instructions are included for making the blanket wider, and you could easily adapt the length.
If you choose to make the blanket larger, be sure to purchase extra yarn.

Enjoy knitting this pattern, and please post photos of your finished blankets!
