Mandana was Queen of Persia and mother of Cyrus the Great, the most beloved Persian King. Her name means everlasting. Her memory is everlasting because of her wonderful son.
The Mandana Top follows the same lace pattern as the cardigan for the bottom edge. The rest is worked in Stockinette stitch with waste shaping and a wide round neckline. The short sleeves are modified dropped.

This design is part of Lace ‘n More magazine Winter 2012 issue of Lace ‘n More magazine.
