Maniototo is worked in the round from the top down, with a modified saddle shoulder. Drop shoulders are shaped with short rows for fit, and front and back are picked up from shoulders and worked flat to armholes, then joined to work remainder of body in the round; tails are once again worked flat.
Sleeves are picked up in armholes, and worked in the round to cuffs.
All edges are cast on/bound off using tubular method.
