Modern folk vest is perfect for button lovers and collectors. Knitting design is based on laced-front vests worn with traditional German folk costumes, and features simple garter stitch with cables (worked from charts) and I-cord trim. Vest is worked back and forth in one piece to the underarms, and then fronts and back are worked separately.
