Beautiful intermediate mandala pattern with 53 rows of varying stitches including back and front posts, puff st, popcorn st, cluster st, dc, tr, dtr, picot. Pattern has been tested for typos and errors. Photos included for each round.

Instructions for making in 3ply, 4ply, and dk weight yarns. Instructions also include 2 patterns. One for making in gradient yarn and one for multi colored yarns.

YARN NEEDED:

1250 meter skein of 3 or 4 ply. I used Crochet UK yarn and I had just enough yarn in the 4ply to complete, however, I am a loose crocheter and tend to use a bit more yarn. The 1250m skein in 3ply is plenty with some left over. I cut out a bit of my last color change so that I’d use more of the last solid color.

OR

Drops Muskat, DK/light worsted/#3 weight, 100% mercerized cotton

20 - 50gr. skeins, 758 total grams used
Color A – peach, 5 skeins
Color B – tan, 3 skeins
Color C – brown, 4 skeins
Color D – blue, 5 skeins
Color E – gray, 3 skeins

HOOKS:

F/5 3.75m for the 3ply
G/6 4.25 for the 4 ply and the Drops Muskat

GAUGES:

3ply -- 4x4 inch = 19 dc x 10 rows using F/5 3.75mm hook
4ply -- 4x4 inch = 17 dc x 9 rows using G/6 4.25mm hook
DK/light worsted/#3 weight -- 4x4 inch = 16 dc x 9 rows using G/6 4.25mm hook
