Marina the Mermaid is a large knit softie doll with an interesting wave stitch tail.

Gauge is relatively unimportant so the yarns used can be adjusted to what is available in your stash - just make sure you use small needles so the stitches are tight enough to contain the stuffing well.

Instructions are included for both bra types.

Please note the pattern is for the mermaid doll only. The blanket shown with Marina is an adaptation of Kieran Foley’s lovely turbulent indigo stole and Susan Lowman’s Seashore Earrings. I just used a larger hook and worsted weight yarn.
