These easy fairisle mittens are quick to knit and make a great gift! The peasant thumb makes them interchangeable left and right. Knitting for someone famous for losing their mittens? Knit a third! With one skein each color of the recommended yarn, you should have enough yarn for three mittens. Making only two? This project is a great stash buster!

SIZE:

These mittens will fit an average to small woman’s hand. Finished size is 10.25 inches from cuff to fingertip. Palm section of mitten is 8 inches long and 8 inches around. Please remember that stranded patterns stretch less that other knit fabrics.
