The pdf contains the chart for a double knitted Mario themed scarf.

There is no pattern description, but there are several good double knitting instructions on the internet.

Some tips:
Knit both points of the bottom star at the same time.
If you don’t have two skeins of the same color, start with the beginning and end of the skein.
If possible, place the increases and decreases between de borderstitches and the main pattern for a nice edge.
