With bright stripes and offset pockets, this breezy top by Judy Furlong will add some nautical style to your summer look.

Anchors aweigh! We’ve spotted your new summer party top on the horizon. Its eye-catching stripes and stunning ocean colours make this a must-knit for the season’s barbecues and garden gatherings. If
blue’s not your colour, mix and match a range of cool pastels, rich accents and soft berries to create the right look for you. We just love the little pockets, too!

NOTES
This top is designed to be moderately loose fitting but make sure you follow the actual garment measurements as a rough guide and then choose your size according to whether you prefer loose
or snugly fitting garments. When changing yarns between stripes,
either break off and join in the new yarn then sew in all the ends during making up, or carry the yarn not in use loosely along the edge, twisting it together with the yarn in use at the beginning of
each RS row.

The method used for the neck edging is worked in rows, back and forth, using the intarsia method of twisting the two yarns together at the change of shade.
