Even newbie knitters need to take care of their most precious knitting tools: their hands! Designed for the uber beginner, these mittens require no fancy techniques, without knitting in the round or purling. Straight needles and basic stitches are all you need to keep your digits toasty.

The Marshmallow Mitts are knit flat from the cuff up, leaving an extra long tail to seam. Thumb is also knit flat, seaming with the tail.

Stitches used: Knit, Knit Front & Back increase, Knit 2 Together decrease.
Photo-illustrated tutorial is included for garter stitch seaming.
