In english

This top is easy and quick to knit – seamless – and only few ends to weave. We like that, don´t we?

It is a topdown basicpattern with lots of possibilities. Feel free to use your imagination.
You can choose another lace, make a dress or you can turn it around and put the back in front, then you have a pattern, which also goes for a boy. Or even a cardigan would be possible. You can even make it with longer sleeves.

I have made a small one and a bigger one. Topdown is easy to make both wider and longer

Finished measurement:
Chest: size 4- 6 month is 18 in and Length: 11 in
Chest: size 12 – 24 month is 21 in Length: 13 in
Chest: size 2- 3 year is 22 in and Length: 15 in
Chest: size 3-4 years is 23 and length: 16 in
Gauge: 23 sts x 36 rows for 4” x 4” in Stocking sts with US #4 needle
Needle: 16” US #4 circular needle and a set of double pointed needles, some markers, 2 buttons
Yarn: You can use any yarn and needle size, that gives you the right gauge.
The Lace is very easy. It´s only 4 rows. 1. knit, 2. purl 3. makes the difference and 4. purl

I will offer you a videolink, so you can see how to do it – if I have made the text unclear. Of course there is a chart too. The increases are kfb – also with a videolink
