The YO and CO in the pattern is what gives the extra wide stripes of the colors in the fabulous yarn.

This can also be adjusted for an adult, my head fits very nicely through, it doesn’t squeeze. (I have a really big head too) Its just a bit short for me, so for an adult you would just have to go through another set of rows or two.

The Yarn Bee Diva Sequin (color Bali) Was really fun to work with, this is no boring yarn. It is very smooth and silky and was not over sequin just enough to add a touch of bling. The sequin didn’t get in the way of the stitches. I would use the Diva Sequin again, I really liked it.

The yardage depends on the length of the tassels. Plus I didn’t want a big block of orange, blue or red tassels I wanted a mix. So I unwound the ball to the next color and started cutting more strands for the tassels so that took more yarn as well. But with the odds and ends I was left with I was able to do the dolls poncho as well.
