YOU WILL NEED:

• About 60 gr of Kartopu Baby Cotton yarn (260 m in 100 gr or similar), main color A (mint), a little of color B (beige) for beak and feet, color C (pink) for wings, eyes and tassels, and color D (yellow)
for wings,
• 3 mm crochet hook or any other size to gain the indicated gauge,
• Plastic safety eyes (not recommended for children under 3),
• Synthetic fiber for stuffing,
• Small details cut from thin felt: 2 circles of approx. 4.5 cm diameter for eyes, and a decorative
details for the body in the shape of a star,
• Tapestry needle for hiding tails, scissors.

ABBREVIATIONS. PATTERN NOTES

To make the owl the following crochet skills are required:
Single crochet through back loop only (sc),
• Chain (ch),
• Slip stitch (slst),
• Double crochet (dc),
• Increase (incr) – work 2 sc into one stitch of the previous row,
• Decrease (decr) – sc2tog: crochet 2 stitches together.
